Product Notes

Step1 : If you received the products with broken or damaged?
1 Please contact with the delivery company immediately and ask for compensation to obtain the delivery company to provide a claim and a receipt
2 Please take photos of the application receipt of damage claims.
3 Please take photos of the outer box for us.
4 Please take photos of shipping proofs on the package for us.
5 Please take photos of the part of damage and the product(two sides for front in one photo, and two sides of back in one photo).
6 Please take photos of the warranty-stickers of the item. (Two photos: one is clear for the warranty-sticker; another is the warranty-sticker with the full item).
7 Attention! Buyers have installed or used the products, then contact us that item is damaged, we will NOT accept for this action. Reasonable judgments that are man-made damage.

 

Step2 : Please confirm item is correct that you order.
*If the item is correct, do the installation and use the products,
*If NOT, please contact with us by email and provide the following information to us.
1 Please take photos of the outer box for us.

2 Please take photos of shipping proof on the package for us.

3 Please take photos of the front of the item.
4 Please take photos of the back of the item.
5 Please take photos of the warranty-stickers of the item. (Two photos: one is clear for the warranty-sticker, another is the warranty-sticker with the full item).

All product confirmed and tested before shipping, the packaging process are recording, and be sure to provide the above information, our customer service staff will review, thank you so much!

 

Step3 : If the products DO NOT fitting on your car?

1 Please take photos of the warranty-sticker of the item. (Two photos: one is clear for the warranty-sticker; the other is the warranty-sticker with the full item).

2 Photos show our item and your original one to compare our product, we will check where not same.

3 Please take photos of your car and tell us name and year, Example 2004 BMW 330ci Facelifted car

 

Step4 : If the product functions getting problems?
1 Please take photos of the front of the item(If have two side, please show two side in one photo).
2 Please take photos of the back of the item(If have two side, please show two side in one photo).

3 Please take photos of the warranty-sticker of the item. (Two photos: one is clear for the warranty-sticker; another is the warranty-sticker with the full item).
4 More photos or video clips can help us to solve the problems.

5. We will provide customers 90 days  for warranty time.

 

Basically, We will provide 90 days warranty time if products have problems. Please make sure that  providing the above information and your ID in mails or messages, and our customer service staff will review it and check as soon as possible.


**All Problems need to have sufficient photos or video clips to proove the issues. Please upload the photos on messages first, if  you can't upload the photos , please e-mail to us, we will check it soon. If you send us files by mails, please inform us once you send in order  to avoid we missing them.
**Please  DO NOT open cases(request) on websites or paypal and also leave Negative/Natural feedback . Let us help you first, if you open cases(requests) or leave bad feedback, we will follow rules of websites that will not cover the returning postage and  lose your rights as well, ie Warranty, Return, Replacement . So please use messages to communicate with us first.

 

 

 

 

 

Picture Reward Offer

Thank you for purchasing our products. Email us photo(s) of the purchased item from our store installed on your vehicle. If we decide to use your photo(s) in our auction pages, we'll send you rewards via paypal as token of appreciation. It's all  we can do at least.

 

-Once we decide on a photo(s), we will automatically send the customer a single rewards payment to your PayPal email address (sam address as you send us your payment form). Please do not contact us after the photo(s) are sent, we will be notifying the winner personally.

 

- For consideration, please email us photo(s) to the messages  in which you order the products and include the following.

- 1. Your User ID for proper recognition

- 2. Model and Year of your vehicle

- Please limit the total size of your photo(s) to be under 5 MBs

- By sending us your photos, you are automatically granting us permission to use your photo(s).
